SHIPPING METHOD AND TIMES ?

INTERNATIONAL outside EU (with tracking number): 11.90€
DPD EUROPE (TRACKED-FAST SHIPPING): 8.9€
DHL INTERNATIONAL (TRACKED): 27.00€

♥ CANADA: 5-15 DAYS
♥ EVERYWHERE ELSE: 7- 21 DAYS

I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Please remember that the shipping times are just guidelines and parcels can take longer when there are delays in customs, bad weather or delays due to the busy Christmas season.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

VAT, TAXES

All product prices are end prices plus shipping costs. Prices do not include import tax, duties and charges.

These charges are the buyers responsability.

Customs or acquisition tax for imported goods may have to be paid by the customer to the customs authorities upon receipt of the shipment. These duties will accrue in addition to the purchase price and the shipping costs; the Seller has no means of influencing them.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY ?

As a consumer, you are entitled to returning goods within fourteen days without providing any reasons, doing so in text form (such as by letter or e-mail).

You can return any item, it must be in the same condition that you received it and unworn. Upon return, you must enclose the invoice. Without the invoice no return is possible.

The trader must give you a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation, but can delay refunding you if they have not received the goods or evidence that you have returned.

This refund must include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, the trader may charge you additional delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard (express) delivery.

INVOICE ?

Yes, we do make paper invoices. Invoices are included in orders.

DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES ?

If your purchase are delayed in transit or by customs please understand that this is something I have no controle over and can be held responsible for.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to the wrong / undeliverable / incomplete address given.

I would be happy to help you with packages that are lost in transit. But I am not responsible for the packages that have been delivered and then stolen.

We are not responsible for post office delays in shipping due holidays, incorrect addresses and other delays.
